WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE AFTER HOURS WATER OR SEWER PROBLEMS:

FIRST - Call 252-728-3175 and listen to the recording. You will be given an emergency contact number to call. A town employee will check your problem and inform you if it is necessary for you to call a plumber.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL A PRIVATE PLUMBER WITHOUT CONSULTING THE TOWN FIRST.

We have spent a tremendous amount of money and time repairing and replacing the old sewer lines throughout town. Calling a plumber without the town's knowledge could lead to damage to the new liner.
