Notice of Beaufort Fire Department Training
BEAUFORT, NC – The Town of Beaufort Fire Department will be conducting training exercises during the week of Feb. 26-March 9 at 101 Ann Street.
Training will take place between the hours of 9 a.m.-9 p.m.
Simulated smoke may be visible in the surrounding area during training hours. No live fires will take place during the training exercises. All precautions have been taken for the safety of surrounding properties.
The Beaufort Fire Department is grateful for the opportunity to conduct this training as it is essential to their ability to provide the Beaufort community with highly trained firefighters. The training will be focused on enhancing skills in suppression and rescue activities to assist in providing fire and life safety needs in the future.
We do not anticipate the training will cause any disruptions to neighboring properties.
