Request Maintenance

The Town of Beaufort is responsible for receiving and responding to a variety of maintenance requests for service. If you have a specific request for action to be taken by the Town of Beaufort, such as reporting a pot hole, an issue in a park or a code enforcement concern, etc., please fill out this form.  

Please complete the entire questionnaire. Please note, if the information you provide is incomplete or the Town has questions about your request, we may not be able to fully investigate if we cannot contact you. 

Once a request is made, it will be processed and forwarded to the appropriate division for response and/or follow-up.
