Help strengthen community resilience by visiting the Town of Beaufort's UDO booth at the Farmers Market on June 21 from 9 a.m.- 1 p.m. on the Courthouse Lawn. Your input matters! The Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Project includes topics such as impervious surface areas, low-impact development, stormwater retrofits, non-intensification (NIZ) zone overlay district, increased construction standards, shoreline management, and much more. Additional meetings related to the UDO Project will be coming Summer 2025.
