Beaufort Town Docks Transition to F3 Marina Effective January 1, 2026

BEAUFORT, NC - The Town of Beaufort announces that management and operations of the Beaufort Town Docks will officially transition to F3 Marina effective 12:01 a.m. on January 1, 2026.

F3 Marina is an experienced marina management company specializing in the operation of public and private waterfront facilities along the East Coast. With a focus on customer service, operational excellence, and stewardship of waterfront assets, F3 Marina brings extensive expertise in marina operations, dock maintenance, tenant relations, and visitor services.

Beaufort Town Docks - Fuel System Design Concept & Construction Timeline

The Town of Beaufort has engaged Oakes Grading to install a new marine fueling system in the western parking lot adjacent to The Dock House, located at 500 Front Street.

The new 26,000-gallon underground fuel tank will be bifurcated into two compartments:

  • 20,000 gallons dedicated to diesel fuel
  • 6,000 gallons reserved and identified for future use
