BEAUFORT, NC - The Town of Beaufort announces that management and operations of the Beaufort Town Docks will officially transition to F3 Marina effective 12:01 a.m. on January 1, 2026.

F3 Marina is an experienced marina management company specializing in the operation of public and private waterfront facilities along the East Coast. With a focus on customer service, operational excellence, and stewardship of waterfront assets, F3 Marina brings extensive expertise in marina operations, dock maintenance, tenant relations, and visitor services.

The transition marks a new chapter for the Beaufort Town Docks, with an emphasis on enhancing services for residents, visiting boaters, and the maritime community while preserving the character and heritage of Beaufort’s historic waterfront.

As part of the transition, a new website — www.beauforttowndocks.org has launched, serving as the primary source for information related to dockage, rates, policies, amenities, events, and contact information. The website will provide streamlined access for both transient and long-term slip holders and will be updated regularly by F3 Marina.

“On behalf of the Board of Commissioners and the citizens of Beaufort, I’m excited to welcome F3 Marina Management as the selected company to manage the Beaufort Town Docks beginning January 1,” said Mayor Sharon Harker. “With their experience and proven track record, we’re looking forward to this new chapter and to working together to ensure the docks continue to operate safely, smoothly, and as a welcoming place for boaters and residents alike.”

Town officials and F3 Marina have worked collaboratively to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for slip holders, tenants, and visitors.
