The road closure will begin first thing Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2020 and will remain closed the remainder of the week.
Traffic Notification: Carteret Avenue will be closed to all through traffic beginning Monday, Nov. 30. It will remain closed until Dec. 4. The closure is to install a raised crosswalk between Randolph Johnson Park and Carteret Courts.

Carteret Avenue will be closed at Lennoxville and Carteret with access for local traffic only. Carteret Avenue will also be closed at Carteret and Yaupon Street (near the basketball court) and accessible to local traffic only on this side as well. Carteret Avenue will be closed to all traffic in the area and will only be accessible from one side or the other, please plan accordingly.
Once work on Carteret Avenue is complete, Randolph Johnson Park will officially open to the public.
