The Town of Beaufort Fire Department (BFD) has been awarded a Federal Grant (FEMA) and is currently accepting proposals for the installation of source capture exhaust systems located at our two fire stations.
The Town of Beaufort Fire Department is accepting proposals from qualified contractors for the installation of two source capture exhaust systems in accordance with the included specifications, terms, and conditions included in this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Prospective respondents are advised to read this information over carefully prior to submitting a proposal.
A pdf emailed and or a hard copy of the proposal should be submitted to the Town of Beaufort Fire Department by 5 p.m., February 26, 2026. Proposal emailed shall be submitted via email to: Jack Fleeman, Deputy Chief (j.fleeman [at] beaufortnc.org) with the subject line “Source Capture Exhaust Removal System Bid.”
