BID DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN AMENDED AS OF FRIDAY, MARCH 8, 2019.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Town of Beaufort (hereinafter referred to as “the Town” or “Town of Beaufort”) is requesting Proposals for debris grinding, removal, and reclamation of Temporary Debris Site DS16-036, located at 2134 Hwy 70, Beaufort, NC 28516. The Town has monitored collections of vegetative debris totaling 47,266 cubic yards.
Town of Beaufort reserves the right to reject any or all responses; to disqualify incomplete or improper submittals, waive minor defects as it deems applicable, request additional information from any respondent, change or modify the scope of the project at any time without penalty, negotiate terms with one or more respondents, reject any or all proposals without penalty and take steps necessary to act in the Town’s best interest.
RESPONSES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD IF RECEIVED AFTER THE OFFICIAL CLOSING DATE AND TIME.
