The Town of Beaufort Planning Board will hold a Special Meeting on August 25, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Beaufort Train Depot, 614 Broad Street. This will be a special joint board meeting with the Board of Commissioners to hear a presentation on Unified Development Ordinance Module Four. This meeting is open to the public.
A Community Conversation will follow the Work Session, providing another opportunity for residents, property owners, business owners, and other community stakeholders to ask questions and provide feedback.
