The Board of Commissioners will have a special meeting at the Train Depot on October 20, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. This meeting is for the purpose of reviewing town manager candidates' qualifications with Ellis Hankins of the Mercer Group Associates, and to select semifinalists for interviews. There will be no action taken in open session. Upon convening, the Board of Commissioners will immediately go into closed session, pursuant to G.S. 143-318.11(a) (6).
The Board of Commissioners will also meet on Nov. 10, 2021 to conduct finalist interviews for the position of Town Manager. The meeting will be a closed session pursuant to G.S. 143-318.11(a) (6).
