- The Town does not regulate when trick or treating takes place. (Aka we do not move trick or treating to a weekend night)
- Halloween is on Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2024.
- Ann Street Trick or Treating is not an organized event. It is up to each individual homeowner as to whether or not they pass out candy and as to what time they start. The Town does provide extra security to this area on Halloween.
- There is not a specific organizer to the Ann Street event nor a point of contact.
