NOTICE: Effective January 1, 2024, the Beaufort Train Depot is not available for rentals Monday-Friday between 8a.m.- 5 p.m. 

 The Beaufort Train Depot is available for rentals by residents and non-residents. Please fill out the rental application and submit it to  r.johnson@beaufortnc.org or drop it off at Town Hall. 

Fee Schedule: (Deposits are refundable with a written request)

Full day: Resident: $50 plus $50 deposit  Non-Resident: $150 plus $50 deposit

Half day (4 hours or less): Resident: $25 plus $50 deposit  Non-Resident: $75 plus $50 deposit

Recurring Monthly Meetings: $15 plus $50 deposit

The Town’s coordinator will conduct an inspection of the building and grounds prior to reimbursement of the deposit.
A letter or email must be submitted to the Town Events Coordinator requesting a refund of the deposit after each event. Deposits are forfeited after a period of 45 days.
