Derwood’s Landing is at the western end of Broad Street. This park extends to a private boardwalk around a condominium community. The facility consists of a deck with railing and a small floating dock limited to boats under 14 feet. There is no seating, no bike rack and no designated parking. No fishing is allowed from the dock or the walkway.
