Description: The Work to be performed under the Contract includes demolition and removal of 355+ square feet of concrete sidewalk, 84 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 1142 square feet of asphalt pavement and pavement markings. The work to be performed also includes the construction of bump outs and pavement markings to include: 492 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 152 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 7 tons of asphalt pavement, pavement markings, and landscaping.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined and/or obtained at Town Hall located at 701 Front Street, Beaufort, NC 28516. Persons requesting shipment of documents shall bear the additional, non-refundable cost of shipment.
The Town of Beaufort reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
All bids are to be returned to Sam Bell, PE by 4 p.m. March 9, 2022 at Beaufort Town Hall, 701 Front Street, Beaufort, NC 28516.
