The Town of Beaufort executed an “Offer to Purchase and Sale Contract” on Oct. 2, 2018 whereby the Town agreed to sell its 15-acre tract located at 1809 Live Oak Street.
The agreement also committed the Town to extend water and sewer lines to the property at the Town’s expense.
